「The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.」

「Both front desk staff that I spoke to (around 2-2:30pm and 6pm) were very pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and more than I expected with its larger sized fridge and kitchen utensils. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.」
