"Room was spacious and comfortable. Restaurant was good. Valet parking only was expensive and annoying. Rooms were poorly insulated. Street noise made it difficult to sleep as did noise from adjacent rooms, the hallway, and rooms above. Gym and pool were very nice. Convenient location "

"When we are in town, we always stay at The Westin Tempe. The hotel is well maintained and the entire staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance."

"Check in was a nightmare, a kiosk where a man with a very thick accent attempted to direct me on check in. His words were being close captioned and even the captioning couldn’t understand him. At one point it said he was talking about Pokeman and something about a black mask. It was seriously aggravating. After several minutes he told me my key was below in the machine. It was not. Eventually someone came out from the back, opened the machine and spent several minutes trying to reload the key cards. When I finally got to my room it appeared clean. There were several long dark hairs in the bathroom. The bedding was fine but the beds themselves were lumpy and very uncomfortable as were the pillows. The tv turned on but every station stated the signal was too weak or unavailable. The air conditioner was effective but loud. I would never stay here again and would advise anyone thinking of stay to reconsider. "

"I love the location. It is a nice, clean hotel. Unfortunately, the parking lot is small and unable to provide spaces for every guest. I later found out that the parking is also open to people parking for the airport—which takes spaces away from the guests. I had to park in a parking garage down the street. The coffee station was great for a free cup of coffee—but they ran out of sugar packets and said they had no more on my second morning there. "

"I like they are saving saving resources by not having microwave and coffee appliances in the room, but they didn't reduce the price - LOL. We didn't realize a microwave is one the floor by the ice. Make a note of it. The beds we had were queen size and SUPER COMFORTABLE. 💯 Parking is extra - Bummer."
