This hotel appears intended for young professionals who have university business. Concrete floors in the rooms, easily accessible meeting rooms and other techie type facilities give it a slightly hip vibe. Bar is quite nice. Staff also very nice.

Conveniently located near ASU and most everything is within walking distance. Staff was friendly and professional. Food was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Tempe.

Room wasn't ready until 1.5 hours after 3pm check-in - bathroom had obviously not been clean or restocked. Front deck often not staffed and seemed overwhelmed. Valet was great as was the location
