「We were extremely bummed out by this hotel. We thought we were splurging and booked this hotel for almost $300 a night (standard room). The hotels systems were down for 2 days on and off, when we arrived at the hotel we were told we had to just wait it out since they couldn’t use their systems. You would think they would provide some sort of compensation for not being able to check into your room late at night with a baby, but no. We asked them if they could let us know when we could check into...
