Drinks at the bar are way too expensive. $35 for two drinks. $30 a day for parking. I’m already staying at the hotel and paying for the room. I don’t feel like I have to pay for parking.

This was a gorgeous hotel, the room was very nice. We only stayed one night, we were attending a concert at Chase stadium. It was the perfect location to walk to the concert and then bar hop after, very walkable. The only issue we had was that we woke up and there was no water in the toilet, we tested it and it wouldn’t flush, so we ended up using the bathroom in the lobby. We needed to get back to Tucson, so we checked out and let the front desk know. Otherwise, a great experience.

I loved the shopping right at the base of the hotel. It was nice to be able to walk to the movies, ice cream and plenty of restaurants. I did not like the availability of reaching the desk staff. My door broke and wouldn't latch properly. I told the front desk on Saturday morning and they promised to send someone up right away that day to fix it. I left to go do my plans for the day. I came back and stopped by the desk to confirm my door had been fixed. They had no idea what I was talking about and said they didn't even have maintenance people working the entire weekend. So the staff was ok with blatantly lying to my face and doing nothing to fix my unsafe door. You could lightly push the door and it would pop open. Only after I basically yelled about the safety issues for a woman staying alone and the door not locking did they offer me a new room. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The room was well-appointed. The AC worked well but under the unit there was reddish mold that was concerning. The cleaning staff were thorough, so much so that they disposed of my reusable bags I needed for my trip.
