「Friendly staff but overall loud and not very clean. Kids playing in the pool at 1:30 in the morning unsupervised, road noise, and guests yelling. A few bugs in the bed. Did not see any breakfast. No coffee in room. Left a day early. 」

「We loved the pools and hot tubs. We had all our meals at the WKP sports bar and loved the food, drinks, staff and music. We did a deep tissue massage at the spa; excellent service. There’s a lot of above and beyond little perks here. I think it’s the staff at all the areas of the resort that really make the difference and make it an excellent vacation. I would definitely stay here again.」
