But finally the manager made it happen and we always could sit inside since it was either too hot or chilly to sit on the patio. "Saw a couple of small spiders in room but not a big deal considering we were in a beautiful desert environment. The ambiance was wonderful and peaceful. The staff was friendly and always helpful. We will return again during the monsoons. "

"The Omni spa and the spa pool were the highlight of the resort. Very beautiful spa! We bought the Joya signature scent spray. We did notice that at the Oasis pool the empty dirty glasses from the night before were all around the pool and hot tub. We called at noon to ask to have staff come clean up. "The location was perfect. In close proximity to all the polular trails, rentals, grocery stores and restaurants. However, our dishwasher did not work and the dish detergent we were provided was watered down. The same goes for the body wash, shampoo. I normally bring my own, but this time i forgot. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay. "
