"Hotel is in a very rundown neighborhood. Security guard in the parking lot and I was glad that he was there. No amenities in the hotel and I didn't see any stores nearby. Tub had lots of hair on the surfaces -perfunctory wipe down by cleaning staff. Cheap hotel, but still overpriced."

"I thought the room would have been cleaner. I found dust on the alarm clock and the clock didn’t work. There was dust on the carpet next to the walls You were told you could park in front of the room but usually there weren’t spaces so you had to park a bit away. The rep appeared more confident you could park in front of the room. Cleaning staff and pool staff and attendant were so friendly "

"The good. Price is decent. The walls are concrete so it is super quiet between rooms. Plumbing works. A/C is the best. Rooms are very very big. The downside. It is very dated and run down. Everything you see in old 70s motel is what you see here. It’s old. It has that old Reno smell. The guests here are a bit… not bad but just… ya know. Would I stay here again? Maybe. I did sleep very very well. "

"This hotel's restaurant is misrepresented. It was a haphazard pool bar masquerading as a hotel restaurant, with non-existent service. The beds were uncomfortable too. "

"This hotel does not deserve the rating it has on hotels.com. The room entrances are from the outside like a motel and our door had a gap at the bottom that you could see to the outside. There was a roach crawling on the chaise lounge in our room. The rooms seemed to be very clean though. The breakfast should not be advertised as they only have waffle batter, yogurt, cereal and a few breads. We went to breakfast an hour and 20mins b/f it was over and there was no waffle batter left, no juice, no coffee, no yogurt. There was no one working the area and a lot of upset guests. When the front desk gal was asked about refilling the breakfast she said she was the only one there and she couldn't do anything about it. You can't advertise that your hotel stay comes with breakfast when you don't provide breakfast. They do not provide any eggs or meats ever so it was very poor especially for the rate they charge per night. I would not recommend staying here."

"The resort is beautiful, well kept grounds. The pool areas are nice. It seems like you need to get to the pool early! Towels are out on chairs by 8:00 am and we could never get a chair at the main pool. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Would stay here again. "
