"Pool that's open 24 hours could be cleaner. Nasty things like paper,garbage etc. floating around in the pool and next to it. Had no one come and ask me if I wanted anything to drink. Waiters/ waitresses only attend half of the side of the pool. Had to flag down someone and the drink ( Pina colada) did not taste good at all. "

"The lobby building where we stayed was very nice. Well appointed. Renovated. Quiet. Nice grounds for kids to play. Water park was fun for all ages. Food was good. Nice bar. Staff in restaurant were really busy and could have used extra help, although it was Easter weekend so very busy at the hotel."

"We stayed for 6 days & enjoyed most of them so very much! The staff we spoke to were all very good. There were off-site shops that were great to see. It was a fun trip altogether!!"
