「Clean room, pool was really nice. There is no front office staff 24/7 as previously listed. The check in process is an absolute nightmare, you have to download an app - which is incredibly slow to work and does not actually read the service fobs to enter the building as stated. There is no housekeeping available if desired. It is spacious, the property itself is very nice and centrally located. They just shouldn’t advertise hotel-level amenities when they don’t have them.」
