"The room was immaculately clean and the staff at check-in was courteous and polite. Couldn’t ask for anyone better. Unfortunately at check out on Sunday, the Black female staff was very indifferent and aloof. Did not have the courtesy to look up at me after trying to get her attention for a couple of minutes. I had to ask about the extra deposits I had made for the 3 rooms as incidental hold if I had used any of the beverages in the rooms. Her behavior did not give me the justification to stay at that hotel on my next visit. Please note I am Black!"
