We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. "We love this hotel, location is perfect, rooms are very nice. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was the pool. The pool maintenance person is doing a horrible job. The pool tile is disgusting, the pool area was dirty from the night before. The pool aerators were missing pieces and not working properly.
