「Excellent hotel for the price point! Rooms, Beds, linens, etc were very clean and new. Hotel staff was very attentive and personally asked if we needed anything everytime we passed the hotel lobby and texted me a couple of times as well. Hotel hallways were very clean, new carpet and everything looked and smelled fresh. Very good variety and fresh food at the breakfast buffet that included an egg station to have custom orders made. 「We requested a room on the top floor (the third story) away from the kids pool and they accommodated both of these conditions without any issues! There’s a washer and dryer in the unit, for which they provide detergent, and you can keep in contact with the staff via texting should you need ANYTHING at all. Our suite had 2 rooms and 1 common area with a pull-out bed (very comfortable actually) so the three of us were all able to have our own spaces. Seriously we’re already planning our trip back...

「This property is in the midst of condominiums, strip malls, and 3 - 4 lane streets with heavy traffic. If you’re looking for a picturesque setting , with a traditional southwest feel, this place is very far from it. On the other hand, this serves as a comfortable mini-pad with generous amenities for a business trip or family stay.」

「我在這裡居住了10晚，中間去了一趟大峽谷，從大峽谷回來後又住了兩晚。 前9晚住的十分舒適，也很開心地使用房內的廚房設備，以及飯店的泳池、健身房。 然而，在最後一晚，由於飯店內施工，導致晚上十一點至隔天凌晨五點停水，完全沒有水可用。服務人員很貼心的送上幾瓶礦泉水應急。這對我來說十分困擾，因為我非常注重睡前先洗澡，但卻意外遇上這場停水，只好硬著頭皮先睡，隔天再起床洗澡。雖然業者已經很有誠意的處理這個問題，但我認為應該要提前公告，寄個email或貼個紙條在門口也好，而不是等到我發現沒水了，打去櫃檯問才知道停水。 在離開Scottsdale前遇到這種事，對於整體的住宿體驗大大扣分。但或許只是我運氣不好遇到吧？下次若要到訪此地，會再審慎考慮是否要住這間。」

「Very clean rooms with a nice view of the country club and palm trees. Area is nice with a lot restaurant to dine in or grab a cocktail. The hotel also has a bar passing the lobby and pool. Receptionist was very helpful and polite.」

「House keeping was supposed to come 3 times during our 1week stay. We had to request towels, hand towels & washcloths 2 times due to housekeeping NOT coming. We were out all day for all 7 days so housekeeping should have had NO problem 」

「Just average in terms of quality. We had issues with the shower working properly. It would seem poor maintenance standards. The shower head was extremely low pressure and to regulate water temperature took an engineering degree. 」
