「Staff was super helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the pools and hot tubs however we did notice grime buildup on the tiles of all the pools we visited. Not a huge issue but an area of improvement. Would love a sign at the pool that reminds guests that towels are in the rooms for people that are staying there for the first time and don’t know that the pool areas don’t have the towels. Beautiful property...

「The perk of this hotel is that it's new so it's modern and well maintained! Additionally, it's in an excellent location right next to the Kierland Commons. Keep in mind that the hotel is a business budget hotel, and the amenities are as such. I didn't use the pool or gym, but the gym looked well maintained with newer machines and the pool area looked small, but fine for a quick dip. The bedding was very scratchy and the mattress was very soft so my fiancé and I sank into it and found it...

「Easy check in process. Easily changed our room to make it easier to take our dog out. Spacious room with everything we needed. Clean room in general. Only quips were that the bathroom door did not latch so it could not be locked for privacy and lighted mirror had a couple of strobing bulbs. Pool had plenty of inflatables and toys for the kids. Would stay again easily」

It wasn’t difficult, but can be confusing if you are trying to navigate parking, entry etc. when you arrive. Other than that, wonderful place!」
