「The room was filthy. 」

「If you book your trip Monday - Wednesday , the restaurant may not be open. Also, No one from the spa side ever called us back.」

「Feel safe」

「We are supposed to checkout at 12pm, but a staff opened our door and came into our before at 11:50 without knocking the door while we were changing. Also, the noise cancellation is very bad that we can hear the loud music from next door. And there is a machine in the room that occasionally makes huge noises, which affects our sleep a lot.」

「It was Amazing!!!will come back again. Thanks」

「Quiet environment and convenient place for shopping & eating.」

「总体感觉不错」

「Sehr große, saubere Zimmer. Gute poollandschaft. Sehr nettes Personal.」

「空間設計讓人感到愉快，前台人員非常親切且耐心的與訪客對談」

「The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.」

「下次去鳳凰城，一定也要住宿這家飯店，各方面都太棒了，物超所值。」
