A perfect location for a Fountain Hills visit! Nice, comfortable, clean room. We bypassed the breakfast as the offerings were quite underwhelming, but enjoyed a lovely coffee shop directly across the street! Would return.

Clean, across from fountain park; walking distance to restaurants (Phil’s has great breakfast) and shopping. Hot tub is a good temperature snd has powerful jets. It’s a nice hotel room. But I look for places that have a homier feel. The price is great for what you get!

I didn’t “love” staying near the front desk and breakfast room because it was noisy from staff very early but honestly, I was extremely tired and never sleep well away from home.
