「The perk of this hotel is that it's new so it's modern and well maintained! Additionally, it's in an excellent location right next to the Kierland Commons. Keep in mind that the hotel is a business budget hotel, and the amenities are as such. I didn't use the pool or gym, but the gym looked well maintained with newer machines and the pool area looked small, but fine for a quick dip. 「Staff was super helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the pools and hot tubs however we did notice grime buildup on the tiles of all the pools we visited. Not a huge issue but an area of improvement. Would love a sign at the pool that reminds guests that towels are in the rooms for people that are staying there for the first time and don’t know that the pool areas don’t have the towels. 「Great Breakfast! I liked that I can special order your breakfast as well as pick up at the buffet. The only complaint the Hotel is old looking could use painting and new rugs or no rugs a little update. Rugs had a lot of stains. Did not use the pool others seems to have. Did not like 1st room checked in. I asked for a room change because the bathroom fixtures looked old and stained and the air conditioner very noisy seem to rattle.
