Scottsdale 4 Stars Hotels

"When I arrived, my room had trash in the fridge, which smelled badly. There were a lot of gnats and bugs inside. You have zero control over the air conditioning - it’s a freezer box even when you turn the air off or to 80 degrees. It’s constantly blowing on high. There was a water issue while I was there in which we didn’t have running water for about 8 hours- they did get this fixed but it was definitely a nuisance. Housekeeping only came one time- I was there for 5 days. The pools are much smaller than advertised and offer minimal shade"

"Executive King Room was great. Plenty of room, balcony was awesome, and the functionality (hot water, linens, mini fridge, view) was really good for the price. The casino is small but it ran efficiently. The one hiccup was when roulette machines in one of the sports book/tv areas was down. Also most staff gave the impression that they were really bothered by serving you. Never really got a welcoming attitude from anyone. Ate at four restaurants inside and the employees were all bitter. Overall great property, and decent customer service. "

"While the property was beautiful in interior and we were so looking forward to hanging out at the pool…unfortunately, there was no service at pool and because of the location of the pool, no sun as the building created shade on the beds from the time we got there at 10am until we left at 2pm. No tan for me! The restaurant is pretty…the constant partying for the four nights we were there traveled up to our room. Fortunately, it eventually died down but in the morning as we went out for a walk there were so many shot glasses littering the small valet drive…we did have one other hiccup…the housekeepers would get to our room 1st before we were ready to leave the room. We asked them to come back later and they never did. We had left the room at 10am and returned at 4 to change for dinner. So at 4pm on our way out I asked front desk to please have room done for us.came back at 9pm and the trash was taken out and a set of clean towels were left on the corner of our bed. No cleaning no had been done, no replacement of paper to go coffee cups no bed made..never had this happen to me before from Hilton. Super surprised by that…in a nutshell, if you are coming to Scottsdale to party it’s the place for you! It is a very happening place…if you are co Ing to relax catch a spring training game…maybe consider a quieter place. Just my two cents"
