「The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!」

「Loved the resort. My room was just so far back that the walk to anything was too long to be enjoyable. Other than that, I really liked the views」

「The breakfasts and the late afternoon snacks were fantastic. This is the first time that the paid food was worse than the free food. At Ironwood, it was an hour and 20 minutes to get our food and the quality was sub-par. At Toro service was quicker but quality was lacking for our breakfast. The hotel, its celebration of the fourth, and maid service was fantastic. Room is nice and amazingly quiet. I might stay there again sometime.」
