The resort was great we stayed for 4 nights. The pool had excellent views and plenty of umbrellas. The bar made great iced coffee during the day and drinks at night. The bartenders were fantastic. The shuttle was very useful. All the staff was so kind. They had morning yoga which was nice to start your day off. I loved taking the bikes around. Great location.

The bathrooms are terribly designed. The shower door runs right into the bathroom door and having the sink outside without any counter. Space is absolutely ridiculous. Also, it seems like the hotel is always trying to get money from you. From all the goodies on the outside, plus I’ll be alcohol on top and plus the refrigerator full with stuff. It would be nice if there’s a coffee station, but people don’t need the other things and it would be wonderful to have an empty refrigerator with one can cook their own food. The people were lovely, however.

The bad experience started at check-in when we were offered a room at the end of the hallway in the pool facing building. However, our room was facing a big white wall and it was right next to the very noisy AC units, when most of the rooms in that wing were empty. As a Expedia platinum member I should have been offered the VIP pearls at this property which include the room upgrade and discounted spa services, however nothing was even mentioned. The hallway had a very strong smell of old and musty building, The noise from outside and from neighboring rooms was very loud. We were waken up a few times early in the morning by voices and slammed doors and by what sounded like a machine of some sort in the pool area, on a Sunday at 8am. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, very hard and the amenities in the room and tiny bathroom don’t bring this hotel to the high standard it claims to hold. Old buildings, hard beds and pillows, very small bathrooms, but with robes and a full stacked mini bar, it’s like putting lipstick on a pig. Not to mention the.$60 resort fee that was unbelievably high for what they offered. I am a Scottsdale resident and regret choosing this place for my birthday staycation, with so many other available hotels in the area in the summer.

My girlfriend and I took a girls trip here from the other side of the country and I have to say, it was the absolute best time of our lives. The resort was even more beautiful than the photos. The thought and planning that went into every nook of the grounds makes every turn you take surprising and breathtaking. So many dofferent little areas to relax and explore. The entire staff throughout the resort were so kind, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating!! Our room was clean and cozy. The pools were beautiful and the vibe was incredible. We loved that there were only like 2 kids the entire time we were there and they were very well behaved. Its definitely a place more geared towards couples and adults. We're already planning our trip back. I'll never stay anywhere else when we are out that way. Food was excellent, the drinks were great, and the staff were top tier. Be prepared to relax, smile, and soak up the Arizona sun while you're there.

Really cute hotel close to everything! It's a little older but decorated really nice. The pool was fun (had music, great mai tai's and lots of people) but get there early to get a lounge chair. Walkable to the mall and other places to eat. Easy self parking.

The best part of the resort were definitely the staff. They were super nice and helped us figure everything out the shuttle staff were also amazing. The only staff member we had a small issue with was one of the pool staff but the other one who covered the cabanas that day was extremely helpful to the other pool patrons to cover. The facility was also super clean would definitely recommend this resort.

Such an amazing stay! The staff were extremely helpful on arrival and through the texting communication given. The spa was absolutely amazing as well! The room was very clean and the staff were so attentive. It was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life!

I love this place! Delicious food, great service and nice relaxed vibe. My son is Celiac and staff were exceptionally careful and accommodating. The spa is wonderful, massages and facials are great. Love the beach pool, a perfect mix of families, friends and couples.

Love the overall vibe of the property. I’m a fan of older vintage looking hotels so this worked out great. Both pools were wonderful. Food was pretty good. Staff was attentive and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The resort was amazing — well manicured and appointed. Large comfortable rooms. Comfy (soft) beds. Good pillows and nice lighting. Staff were above and beyond kind and attentive and the pool/cabana situation was delightful. Cleaned each morning by the maintenance crew and ready for early morning swimmers/sun bathers. Would absolutely return.
