"Rooms are very outdated. Actually the entire hotel needs to be updated. Staff was great and friendly. There are bars, restaurants, and places to shop all within walking distance. "

"It was right downtown not too far from the convention center which was where I needed to go each day. I had 2 people in the room for the first night, the 2nd had a truck. We have them the license plate etc and signed but the next day the truck had a sign on it that it couldn’t be there. They would only give us one key, that key stopped working. Got another at work the entire time. When I ask them to possibly switch rooms from a King to two beds the answer was just no. I understand that it may have been busy, but they weren’t very nice about it."

"Misrepresented as a hotel. There was a luggage tag stuck on our sheets. The room stunk. There was a huge gap under the door to outside. There was indigents in the parking lot and sleeping on benches. There were bars on the windows! We left with out staying overnight "

"Cambria Downtown Phoenix was nice and cozy.The only downside is the parking unfortunately.We rented a car while in the area all weekend so that was a bit of a hassle.There is street parking all around the hotel, so we lucked up several times snd did valet one day.The neighborhood was safe and walkable.We will stay here when we visit Phoenix in the future!"

"Brand new facility, very nice clean spacious rooms. Room on 9th floor. Street noise level was really bad. Morning truck delivers starting at 4am to 6am. Cars racing downtown saturday night. Sad for hotel but did not sleep for 3 of 5 nights. "

"I tried leaving 1.5 stars but rounded up to 2. I chose to stay here due to reviews found online of how clean it was. Ironically, I did not find our room to be clean. The shower head was dirty. The shower was gross. The sink had mold in it. Otherwise, the room was comfy and the location was great. Parking price was a bit excessive especially after the cost of the hotel itself. The staff at the bar were super kind and friendly! Although the few people I interacted with at the front desk….not so much. The lady did not seem to care when I made her aware of the black mold. She said she would send someone up to look before we went to dinner. After dinner, it was still there. So even the people in the artwork could notice the frustration in my eyes. She said they were busy so I asked for a different room and all the sudden someone was able to go check it out. Waited for about 30-40 minutes in lobby before she sent someone. The man that checked us out had no personality either. Overall, I would love to come back but would like them to acknowledge this and do better. People pay for a clean space. "
