"We loved our stay at this hotel. Our room had a kitchen with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator which was very convenient. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within a few minutes many restaurants and shopping options. Driving through this part of Sedona is beautiful."

"Really awesome that they allowed late check-in after flight being delayed. I called front Desk and Diana was very helpful and saved my reservation. I unfortunately only got less than 4 hours in my room. I just wanted a good shower and lay down before being stuck in another plane - the beds were so comfortable, sadly the hotel is older, not very clean. I found cat or dog food and pieces of chips and hair all over the floors. Considering I didn't have time I took what I could get. $145 for 4 hours doesn't work well with me, but I would have changed rooms if I had my children - I wouldn't have stayed in that room if I had time. I stayed here last month, and the restaurant food was pretty decent, the all you can eat buffet is not worth it - This hotel has so much potential. I hope they make improvements. Customer service was great. No work needed there. "

"I liked the additional key security in the elevator. A bit of an adjustment trying to remember to keep the key out. The rooms were great, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Hallways were super hot, but it's Arizona during monsoons. The pool needs some serious attention. It was pretty dirty, on a Thursday. The hot tub has seen better days, paint and substrate breaking/cracking. Pool needs a serious overhaul. Overall it was a good stay. Housekeeping staff was amazing as was the front desk. "
