「Staff was outstanding. At check-in, Travelocity had not secured the room. But after lots of time and a very curious staff, we completed check in. Location is great, breakfast was wonderful. Will make reservations with GreenTree direct in the future. Will not use Travelocity in the future.」

「We had some issues when we first arrived but Deionne, the manager, helped us and was also friendly, kind, accommodating and so sweet when it was me who had made the mistake. I also want to shout out the driver, Rakan, he was so helpful and attentive. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The downs are the ladies at the front desk were fairly rude and not helpful and the food at the sports bar was not good at all. 」

「When in Phoenix/Gilbert area this is where we usually stay. Room was clean, the shower had a slight sewer gas smell but went away after running water down the drain, staff was friendly as usual, and the breakfast staff was attentive to ensure everything was clean or stocked. 」
