"The room and overall experience were OK. But for $350 plus, we were expecting more than was there. The AC unit was of the type you'd expect in a $150 a night hotel. The lounge was nice for drinks, but there was limited food and we noticed that none of the locals were eating there. After having several drinks at the lounge, we asked for two wine glasses to take back to our room, but were refused those and provided only with plastic dixie cups. Again, not what one would expect from an experience at at $350+ a night hotel where we had a microwave, a refrigerator and had a suite."

"Breakfast offerings were repeated from one day to the next. The potatoes were lukewarm at best and the scrambled eggs were a touch too salty. The tub and sink in our room both drained slowly. On arrival, our shower gel was empty and it took 2 requests to get more. When we did get it, it was not placed in the shower receptacle; it was left out on the sink counter. "

"Everything was amazing!!! The golf cart shuttle was absolutely great to get around hotel. Good food as well. "
