"Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Not nearly the selection or quality of hotels of this price. Several areas of hotel need repaired and updated. Water in outdoor spa was yellow and had a foul odor which unfortunately we didn't realize until we'd already entered. Hopefully nobody gets sick."

"Not enough chairs around pool area. Floor in hotel room dirty. Front staff excellent, very helpful. Enjoyed fresh coffee each morning in the lobby. Tv to small, no light on the remote."

"Love the smell of the lobby when you first walkin..not sure what they're pumping through the vents but it luxurious smelling. Nice quite place by the mall..only housing close by is Leisure World (55plus) and those folks aren't bothering anybody after 5pm..they're in bed! "

"The room and bathroom were clean and nice. However, the elevator would play a church bell every time you went on it. It was so loud it woke me up multiple times from my room. Unfortunately, my room was also next to housekeeping, where they were playing music at 6:15am. I also paid $26 for breakfast for two when I reserved the room but never got it nor was it addressed when I checked in. Also, they charged $10 for parking after I paid for the room. This was not previously advertised when making the booking. Finally, the lobby reeked of strong cologne the whole time, which affected my allergies."
