"There was no blow dryer, shampoo, extra towels, coffee. There was lots of noise, train track right beside us. Not a place I will stay again. It was very close to the airport and the bed was comfortable."

"They did not let us into the room because they put us down as a no show for checking in late even though it was never communicated to us that that would be the case if we didn’t let them know ahead of time. The faint desk was not at all helpful in helping us resolve the issue and no refund was issued either. What a waste of $200."

"Poor Wifi, only works in the lobby. Staff at the front desk is terrible, unfriendly, and not helpful. Hotel does not offer parking nor validation for public parking. Worst experience I've had through expedia so far. Do not recommend. "

"The eggs weren’t all that great; However, the lady serving the breakfast was great. The front desk Alec was awesome considering he was the ONLY one working for whatever reason. Also, I had to pay $18 on top of my room fee PER NIGHT. "
