Room was clean and smelled like fresh Pine cleaner. Beds were comfortable. They don’t have shampoo, but I should have remembered that from my last stay at a Motel 6 and brought my own. Only a 5 minute drive to the airport.

The staff was good. Ruby took the time to explain everything. The ice maker was broken, the location is not the best. The train track is right next to the hotel and planes flying in because it was right next to the airport. The room was clean and the pool looked like it was well taken care of. The GFI by the sink did not work and the WIFI was down. No dining near by.

The room was not ready when we got there had to wait. When we got there although we asked for a non smoking room the smell of smoke were on the bed spreads and in the drapes. The bed spreads had cigarette stains and holes. Not enough towels were given for two people and two of the towels were dirty. Also the ice maker and internet were completely down. Outside the motel were questionable people. Transportation to Downtown was perfect with the rail system and available Ubers. The only restaurant next door excellent food but it’s only open until 2pm.

The lady on reception was fantastic, friendly and helpful. She advised us not to walk in the area in the evening - even McDonald’s which was visible from the motel was considered a risk. So we used uber eats for dinner delivery. The railway tracks are right next door to the motel, and the freight train rattles through at all hours (11pm, 2.30am and 4am for us). Everything is old and tired, especially the mattresses. The internet wasn’t working, no coffee in the lobby in the morning. I just feel so sorry for the staff, as they were great.

The picture is very misleading. There is only a sandwich shop open until 2 pm. A filthy McDonald's a walk way, although the area is not safe to walk at night or alone. There are no places to buy food, but it's a short walk to the Metro, which will take you to other areas to find food( as long as you know the area. It's best to eat at the airport before starting your journey or get an Uber to a restaurant. The evening receptionist didn't know anything about the local area or where the metro went. Cons: NO working WiFi on both visits (The first night, the TV was broken.) Pros: it's only 2 stops from the airport, the room was clean and well kept, and the morning receptionist was nice and helpful.

The staff including the cleaning ladies and front desk clerks were very polite very nice very professional they were very pleasant to be around and to talk to you and when you needed something they were more quickly to help you very quickly they were awesome I-5

It was good

The room was clean and comfortable. But the room didn’t have a microwave or a fridge. They also didn’t provide shampoo but did give you a small bar of soap. I would consider staying here again but would most likely choose a hotel that had a microwave and fridge.

This was a simple property but exactly what we needed for one quick night - located close to airport (as advertised) and the check in and out process was very simple. We didn't need much so are easy to please! Only downside was that due to the set-up (which was a risk in booking a motel style) was that there was a very loud member of the public trying to get into a room where someone they knew was for many hours overnight, yelling and banging. No fault of the hotel whatsoever, but staff might have been able to quell the situation.

Got this because I had a 6am flight and it's closer to the airport. the room smelled good and it was clean. Did have a pesky fly in the room. The vending machine near the rooms was broken, which was a bummer, because I really didn't want to walk to the gas station later at night which was probably a 5 min walk away. Not much else around the property. Staff was nice and check-in was easy. Did hear a train roll through at around 3AM. For a night it was fine and it was inexpensive, so it's a decent value.

near the airport and the railroad tracks. great entertainment is abound right out the door of the room with amazing views of the airplanes landing/taking off and the train blows the LOUD horn as it crosses the property area just feet away. Free FUN for the whole family. And the pool is small, but wet.
