斯科茲代爾 3 星級飯店

「We are supposed to checkout at 12pm, but a staff opened our door and came into our before at 11:50 without knocking the door while we were changing. Also, the noise cancellation is very bad that we can hear the loud music from next door. And there is a machine in the room that occasionally makes huge noises, which affects our sleep a lot.」

「The staff, William is very helpful.」

「We had a problem with the refridgerator being loud so we had disturbed sleep. I spoke with the night manager who stepped up and had the unit replaced and also removed the resort fees from our bill. OUTSTANDING job !!!!!!!!!」

「Great place to relax and rooms were spacious. We have stayed here before and would stay again if we were ever in the Sedona area.」

「Another great stay at the property. Thank you very much!」

「Breakfast was pretty good. And extremely. Convenient.」

「The room was filthy. 」

「There are many delicious restaurants besides the hotel. 」
