"Room was huuuge and so fun and comfortable. Beautiful large bathroom. Vanity and outdoor patio. Lobby decorated fun and midmod. Just a such a great vibe all the way around. We enjoyed a drink at the bar on check in. Only complaint was there was a wedding going on so all the guests were at the bar getting drinks. They seemed to take priority as we waited about 15 min. Just some good honest feedback. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again and planning on it. Loved it!"

"The staff was wonderful! Sincerely helpful, patient, and pleasant. Villas were very clean & well maintained. Loved the mini golf course & heated saltwater pool. Even found some areas we hadn’t explored the day we were leaving, like a sand volleyball court. Excellent place for families, would stay again!"

"The staff was by far the best thing about staying at Hyatt Place. We were greeted each time we entered and wished a good day whenever we left. When we first checked in, there was an issue with the toilet not flushing in the room we were given, but the front desk immediately remedied that by bringing us new room keys to a room across the hall and a few doors down. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Everything about the place was bright and welcoming. I am VERY happy with our stay and will definitely stay there the next time I visit our children in Arizona. "
