「The stay was great. If you are looking to travel to tempe and want the comfort and access to things you would have at home like laundry and a kitchen this is a great choice. The place was clean and check in and out process was easy. The only issue is the parking, but honestly is seems like parking in Tempe in general is very confusing. Most of the street parking near the studio was 2 hour parking, there was a parking structure right across the street from the studio that says no overnight...

「It was a great property! And perfect for our visit! Our daughter & son-in-law live across the street! I would recommend reading and familiarizing yourself with the check-in instructions before hand. It wasn’t difficult, but can be confusing if you are trying to navigate parking, entry etc. when you arrive. Other than that, wonderful place!」

「This place some how goes by three different names! The check in was extremely difficult! The parking only accommodates 1 vehicle. The ceiling fans in the rooms didn’t work, on arrival the suite was hot, it smelled of wet dogs! The entire facility smells. I couldn’t figure out how to close the window blinds in the living area, they actually looked broken. This place looks like you’ve entered a jail or prison facility, if I had to describe one. The entire suite couldn’t cool down even after...

「Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental. The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful. The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer...

「Let me first speak of the few good things great location and check in process was easy great places to eat in area and shop Now on to why I rated it the way I did so right out gate had problems with internet for first 3 days and the room looks nothing like what’s shown it was not clean at all if i could post the pics here I would..stains everywhere just not clean and if everyone is charged a cleaning fee the room should be immaculate」

「Parking was a disaster, the people before us took the tag to hang in the mirror, property manager was gone and couldn't get it for us. I called and was told if I parked in to spot I paid for, assigned to me with vehicle plate, make model year of the vehicle assigned to it, that I would be towed... I had to park super far away and walk. Then the next day I was told they would leave the tag in our mailbox. When we returned to the room that evening, we went to the mailbox and it was not in there....
