This is a great building. Maybe my favorite in Phoenix. I loved the check in process and the app. The residents were awesome to meet. Its a great location. Great amenities. The gym is definitely my favorite gym .... ever. Stay here and you'll see why. Will absolutely stay here again.

This was a really lovely complex! The pool is fantastic, gym, essentially the entire 25th floor! Absolutely lovely. Close to really good restaurants and the Phoenix farmers market! The only thing was that there was no hand soap or body soap in the condo! Otherwise, this was an absolute perfect spot for a quick getaway— 10 minutes from the airport as well!

The property is beautiful for the price that I had purchased through Expedia, however, I went to book it again a month later for the same amount of days and the pricing to double which is unfortunate. Before you head to the property, you need to call them for parking because we had a lot of issue with parking. We were not aware of it and also they had a big event so there was four blocks blocked so we needed to park far. But overall, the location was perfect and beautiful.

Place was filthy. Bed sheets and blanket were never changed. We found hair and bodily fluid stains on the bed sheet. When we complained to the property and Expedia nothing happened. We could not use the sofa as there were stains on the sofa as well. I am very disappointed with the condition of this property and I would not recommend it
