Nice and Quiet

It was excellent. Very quiet. Nice area. Only issue was on the app it says it’s at 9 W Turney. It is actually at 20st and Turney. And the internet was never available. I wanted to extend but they were totally booked up.

Wonderful Stay!

My partner and I stayed here for two nights when I had to be in Phoenix for a professional event. The location was great in that it's close to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. The property itself is a bit older, but is very well maintained from everything I saw! The adorable courtyard with citrus trees is a cherry on top the well decorated and designed space! It was clean, and had more than everything we need for out stay (dishwater, cookware, wine glasses, coffee, tea, washer/dryer, brita filter in the fridge, and more)! I would have loved to stay longer just because I felt so at home! The host was also very communicative. I had some small wifi connection issues and he helped me sort it out within a matter of a couple hours all through the chat function on Hotels.com.

Worst Check in Process EVER.

This was the WORST check in , in my history!!!  I am not a picky person but it took 2 hours, numerous texts & phone calls to actually get into the room!!!  I was in the pitch dark trying to find the correct place , only to have NO key box!  We finally were able to establish, there was no lockbox, and I was let in the back door!  The gentleman helping me was very patient & helpful , but the directions were horrible , at best. The apartment was clean & comfortable, but walking around in the dark at 11pm was unacceptable.

We stayed from Thursday to Monday and unfortunately had a poor experience overall. The internet did not work the entire time, which was a major inconvenience—especially since I later found out (after reading other reviews) that this has been an ongoing issue for some time. The mattress was also extremely uncomfortable. We ended up using a provisional inflatable mattress just to get some rest. While the person in charge was responsive, they weren't able to offer any real solutions to the problems we encountered. I wish I had read the reviews more carefully beforehand—hopefully this helps others make a more informed decision.
