Room had a very bad order of burnt chemicals and hot burning plastic. Bedroom was lacking, there was no thermostat and the room was either cold or humid.

The room was in disrepair. The 2nd floor smelled of vomit. There were bars on the very dirty window. There were two double beds instead of two king beds. There were holes in the walls and the bedding. The area felt unsafe with people hanging out in the parking lot.

So gross. Unsafe surrounding. Homeless hung out in the lobby and around the building. Dog poop everywhere. In the hallways and stairs Smelled like pet and human urine. Trash in the staircase. Partying all night. Loud and people in the hallway all night.

Found a few dead roaches near the couch, other guests above the room I was in were noisy, sounded like they were running a marathon even when notified I the front desk, WiFi was very weak, no remote for the tv in the living room area so I had to use an app on my phone, marijuana smell throughout the hallway even though it was prohibited, picture on website did not match what the room actually looked like, will never stay this place again, I do not recommend coming here if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway

Great place to stay

We came up for the Renaissance Festival from Sierra Vista. We were all so tired from spending close to 5 hours there, we just wanted to rest. Not having to worry about a traditional hotel check in was nice and room was perfect for us.
