One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had .I would never recommend nor stay again
Water damage and mold in corners of the room
Ashes in the window seal
A metal tack in the middle of the room, and as you can tell by the carpet, it was not clean at all

When I checked in there was no one at the front desk and I hadn’t received my room number or code so I had to make a phone call to get it. I checked in later at night and left early in the morning and there were people hanging out in the parking lot smoking, walking dogs, etc. just didn’t feel safe. Also saw roaches in my kitchen

No one at front desk, check in was a nightmare. The room I paid for wasn’t available so I ended up leaving and getting a refund. Room was nice but beds were not comfy and blanket were scratchy. The lobby had nice things but the overall feel of the hotel is old and dirty

First off its not a hotel as Expedia would have it. Secondly, the room suggests its 2 king bed accommodation while there were 2 doubles. And then there are a series of the quality of stay. Starting with the check-in process where no one was available at the front desk, broken chair, broken sink, non working kitchen appliances, and a series of other things. I don’t know what qualifies this place for a 3.5 star rating, I would suggest stay away from this place and recommend expedia to strengthen their screening process before they advertise a place as such a star rating.

The room was not spotless. We opened the cupboard only for a gallon of empty Bacardi plastic bottle to fall out. Guess they forgot to clean that area so dishes were skeptic to use

Great Value - spacious - clean - nice evening staff. Not much walkable for drinks/water/coffee and such so bring it to the well equipped kitchenette. bed is a little small, but cozy, and perhaps that can be fun or two. ;)

I would not recommend staying here. The moment I opened the door, I noticed roaches and even bedbugs. The room did not appear clean, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. Cleanliness should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this place did not meet basic standards.

The room did not look as though it had been cleaned...dirty sheets...man's toenail on the tv stand....cigarette lighter on the floor....cockroaches on the wall and floor! Only one washcloth and one small bar of soap in the bathroom.

We had a good stay. My only concern was that when we first arrived the lock on the door was broken and the bathroom light was also broken. We let the security guard know and she said she would send maintenance to fix it the next day but no one ever came. This was concerning because I had 3 small children with me and didn’t feel comfortable not having a working lock on our door at night.

The rooms had roaches in the microwave and room. Tried to get help and the staff was gone all night didn't answer the phone. Did not help i had to leave and book another Hotel. When we where leaving. I told the girl at the front desk .who had finally showed up and she didn't even care. She didn't even apologized for the inconvenience.. i would definitely not recommend to anyone.

This place isn’t the greatest. We were in an upper corner room and the noise from the freeway and intersecting roads was absolutely terrible. The street in that are sounds like it is used for a drag strip all night long. There are motion activated switches in common areas of the room which continually activate near the couch bed if it is not covered up. The room is in a stage of needing cosmetic updating to repair holes in the walls and stains on the walls and ceiling. The entry to the hotel seems relatively decent until you get into the uncleared elevator with food crumbs and debris in the tracks and crevices….oh and the constant smell of marijuana in the elevator at all times of the day. They allowed a guest to have a 100 lb dog that was aggressive when walking within 30 feet of it and also barked late at night. Their written policy is dogs allowed to 35 lbs. this dog was 3 times that size. The parking lot seemed continually habituated by random people and did not necessarily feel safe early morning or late evening. The staff was friendly and accommodating at check in. I would not stay here again at any price.

Room was neglected and missing amenities like iron and coffee pods. Towels were stained and the pullout mattress’ sheets were completely dirty. Blow dryer didn’t work. Lights flickered repeatedly.
