"As a female traveling alone on a 1500 mile rdrive with a service pup, and some special needs I couldn’t have been more grateful for JEN I travel a lot and with some medical constraints. It’s very frustrating to feel like an imposition on ANYONE especially in the “hospitality” industry . JEN SMILED at my pup and I and wasn’t condescending and also allowed for the fact that sometimes the medical necessity of a service animal is t obvious . She treated my pup and I as if we were welcomed guests in our own home .. Which these days is a rarity ✨⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
