「The bed sheets had stain on them and they was no pillow covers on the pillow s. We didn't sleep in the bed cause it was stain on the bedsheets. The hotel needs renovation ASAP!!」

「Our Rooms weren't ready for checkin, the staff told us it would be 30 min. 2 1/2 hrs later the room still isn't ready and it was too late to find another hotel. I had to get dressed in the lobbys bathroom for a concert along with many others whose rooms weren't ready . We were all paying for a room we weren't allowed to use when we desperately needed to. The staff offered no compensation ,discount or assurance, merely shrugged their shoulders. 」

「I booked two rooms, but upon arrival I was told that no rooms were available. After some discussion, the front desk was able to find only one room for us, which created a very stressful start to our stay. The hotel was also extremely noisy.
