「The room was not ready at 3 but that was okay. However, the ADA bathroom rail was mounted behind the toilet. That is NO help for someone in a wheelchair. They are not exactly alone. The handicap rooms in so many places are ridiculous. Alos, someone needs to readdress what a handicapped parking space looks like. That is a national issue so not their fault. I would probably stay there again but would hope they had a different handicap room.」

「This was the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. We waited in the lobby for 2 hours for them to “clean a room” for us after they tried to turn us away saying they didn’t have a room for us, despite having booked and paid for it 2 weeks prior. Imagine my surprise when we finally get into the room and it is filthy. Half of the pillows had no cases, we had no shower curtain, one of the stove burners was almost totally pulled off, there were visible crumbs on the floor, hair and a dental cheek...

「As of April 2026 this place is nearly new. It’s a unique set up to me. It’s a Homewood Suites on one side and HGI on the other, shares the same lobby. My only 2 issues are that breakfast on the HGI side is lactate $15, and it’s prob not worth $5. Empty dishes, empty coffee and non helpful staff.
