「Me and my GF arrived in Birmingham before noon when check in is at 4pm. It was my GF birthday weekend …. She called the front desk to discuss the situation and without hesitation we were told just to drive to the Hotel and a room is already available for us! 「This was my second visit in six weeks. We wanted on son to experience the house and Birmingham. As my previous experience, it was lovely and we enjoyed the bird house room more. The bird house truly suits a family and my husband and son enjoyed having a TV in the room. I'm also happy to see some of my previous suggestions were implemented in just a couple of weeks. My best experience is still the other guests as well as the house. I will be back but it will not be so soon 😭😂.」
