「Every staff member we came in contact with was pleasant, professional, and appeared to genuinely love their jobs. Room was nice, view was amazing! Rooftop parking was convenient, but the door to the roof parking area needs to be heavier or have some means to remain closed. Our last night was very windy. I spent most of the night leaving our room to close that door, as the wind was coming into our room. I would definitely stay there again, but probably wouldn’t stay in room 316. 」

「We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The heated pool was actually warm (which isn’t always the case!), and that made my 12-year-old granddaughter so happy. It’s very kid-friendly and perfect for families. The location is also a huge plus — it’s right next door to the theater and Tropical Falls, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Everything was convenient and easy.」
