Rooms were clean, staff was very accommodating and pleasant, check in was easy. I really enjoyed the breakfast, it was one of the best Ive ever had at a hotel. Pool area was nice and the beach access was perfect. I will definitely stay here again!

The room was clean but there was a sewage smell that we woke up to this morning. We told the staff and they just offered a few points for our inconvenience and didn't seem interested in correcting the situation.

this hotel was clean but old. I did like the convenience to the pool. they did have a lot of broken pool chairs and umbrellas. There was no monitoring of the Poole era so quite a few unmonitored children under the age of 12 playing in the spa and messing with the controls. The breakfast was pretty good and they had great coffee.

The outlets in our specific room need to be replaced. More than half couldn’t hold a plug. They just slipped out and we couldn’t charge anything. Note: There was a water leak under the carpet where it turns from tile to carpet in the so called foyer of the room. We really did enjoy our stay and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Our king bed was extremely comfy. Our room had a nice space with a sofa; easy to operate tv remote; spacious bathroom well-stocked and great water pressure in shower.
