The staff was friendly, helpful and seemed to be happy working here. The room was very clean. The location was convenient, you could walk next door to eat, if you didn’t want to eat at the hotel. The pool area looked nice, the pool is heated, we didn’t swim in the pool. The only downside, one of the elevators were down for most of our stay.

Beautiful Brand New Hotel and so was our room. So very clean and I absolutely had a Fantastic! Good night dleep in the amazingly confy bed. Loved the bathroom and dining area. I recomme d makeup wipes for the bathroom and a couple bottles of complimentary water next to the coffee maker. Pool was amazing and outdoor fire pit area was very comfy.

This property has so much potential as it is super close to the beach but during our stay we constantly requested to have our room cleaned and never did. We actually went to the cleaning staff and asked for sheets so we could change them ourselves. On the last day, we asked one more time for our room and bathroom to be cleaned, she made the bed with the same sheets and put new toilet tissue but did not clean the restroom or even mop and sweep the floor. It was super disappointing. We would ask the cleaners if our room was on their list and they would say no even after requesting with the front desk staff. The floors leading to elevators were always dirty and it just felt like they didn’t take pride in this property. The best part about our stay was the bartender, Tori! She was amazing and her drinks were delicious. I am very sad as I would have loved to make this place somewhere we could come back to but we won’t. We even purchased our own trash bags to take our own trash out since we had kids. This place really needs to invest in ensuring this property is taken care of or they will continue to lose guests.

Heavy set black lady at the front desk on 2/14 in the afternoon, was very rude to my husband! We needed help with the fire pit and he went to the desk to get some help. No one was there so he waited, another guest came and when she finally came, she ignored my husband and assisted the person that was next in line…. My husband told her want we needed help with and then she hen she finally came outside she was eating and just having a good ole time. My husband asked her about the hell and she kept eating. He asked her should I try to find someone else to assist us, she said well yeah maybe you need to get someone else! I did NOT expect this kind of behavior from this hotel brand and was VERY disappointed. Even after you spoke to someone else at the desk, he was trying to defend the said rude employee!!! NOT acceptable at all! I husband told him to check the cameras he will see what happened! 👎👎👎👎👎
