「The room that was reserved had a toilet that did not work at all and with a late arrival, this was really lousy.. The room that we reserved was deluxe. There was nothing deluxe about that room. We were given another room that had filthy rugs which were not properly vacuumed, and bits of food were scattered throughout and left from former occupants. The faucet for the sink was disgusting with mold and grime. The grounds around the facility were not cleaned from dog feces and had broken glass on...

「I was disappointed to find the room smelled terrible, the bed was not properly made, the carpet was dirty and the water sprinkler appeared to be hanging by a thread. When I tried to contact the owner about the issues and my early checkout, which was necessitated by the room's condition, they evaded my calls and directed me through a third party, refusing to refund my money. The check-in and checkout process was also slow due to the staff being busy, likely because they were understaffed.」

「We booked this Holiday Inn Express to spend the night. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable, which we were grateful for after our previous experience the nights before at another hotel chain. Overall, the property was well maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone.」
