「Rooms were spacious and well decorated. Staff was amazing. Hotel is close to everything.」

I made reservations for my daughter’s master’s graduation on May 2, fully expecting higher rates due to events at the University of Alabama. 「I rate everything pos. We had an extremely long check in, someone entered the room when we were in the room. The drawers were falling off furniture. The bathtub was a nice gray color when it should be white. The rooms smelled musty as well. Breakfast was the only thing I felt was good.」

「Wonderful staff, always pleasant and helpful. Rooms are being cleaned only every other day ( looks like Marriott thing ) so if you stay 2 nights , your room won’t be cleaned. I think that at least towels should be exchanged without asking. Also beds should be made , garbage cans emptied, cups replaced etc . Water in the pool was cold , not heated , so it took some prayers to get in the water ( I swim evwry day and choose hotels with pools) . There was nice size TV in the room and my room, on...

「I had what was once obviously wet cereal throughout the floor. In addition, there was numerous stains and clearly dirtiness on the floor. Overall, pretty disgusting in my opinion.」
