「We booked well in advance (1 month) for a baseball tournament. We reserved a double queen suite but were bumped from our reservation because a college team and families booked that same week. Understand that this college in question did not know if or where they would be playing until 4 days before our check in. We were bumped to follow them to have all the double queen suites.」

「Many of the lounge chairs by the pool were completely broken and/or ripped, but still stacked outside. We had to ask for pool towels both days. One umbrella of 2 was also broken. No liquid body wash, just one small bar of soap. I forgot a comb and a shower cap, but the hotel didn’t have either. The hotel is across the street from a very noisy car wash. The hotel needs to be sprayed for cockroaches! Won’t stay there again.」
