「Parking was great and location was easy to find. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They explained everything to us upon arrival. We needed an accessible room. Although it was clean, the bed was very worn (sagging) and the odor from the bathroom was terrible. It smelled like the carpet was wet and the room smelled like there was mildew. We only stayed one night since we were leaving the area in the morning. If I stayed longer, I would have changed rooms. The breakfast was fine and...

We did not have as many towels as would normally be in the room, but did not ask for extras as we were only there one night. Plus the right side of the bed where the recliner was located had a strong smell of urine! We arrived late and super tired so didn’t feel like going downstairs to switch rooms.
