「When my family and I entered our room, we immediately noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke, even though we had reserved a non-smoking room. I went downstairs to notify the front desk about the issue right away. I also asked a staff member to come to the room and verify the odor so there would be documentation and we would not be held responsible or charged a cleaning fee for the smoke smell.」

It served the purpose and we were fine with it for a quick stop but is not what you want if you're looking for a nicer hotel.」

「Our room was clean and the AC was amazing. The property had a nice pool but the folks smoking weed every time we tried to enjoy the pool was a huge problem. Also, the elevator was broken the entire week. Our room was right beside the elevator so one afternoon we had to listen to the “dinging” for hours!」
