「The staff was amazing. We were running late, and I had questions. I texted them, and they responded immediately. They were so helpful and kind. The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great place to stay.」

「My worst hotel experience. Smelled so bad that the previous stays had bought deodorizers and the hotel staff actually left them in there. We also bought some ourselves. Shower had leaked all over the bathroom floor, baseboards were rotting and falling off the wall. Ceiling was peeling off in bathroom where obvious water damage had occurred. We cancelled the stay within 45 minutes of starting there and staff didn’t put up a fight, which tells me they know exactly why someone would want to leave.」

「Rooms had been remodeled, but very poorly. The AC unit in the room was set at 68 but wouldn't stay running for more than a few minutes before shutting off. It would come back on soon, but not running like it should and never got cold in the room. The remote to the TV didn't have a back on it. No big deal, but the battery was slightly sticking out. I shoved it in to get connection. As I was flipping through the channels, it started getting so hot in my hand that I had to lay it down. The knew it...
