「Clean place」

「I stay here whenever I'm in town. Great staff and accommodations and the renovations are first rate.」

「Pretty decent standard hotel. It is small, the bathrooms are the size of a half bath, so be warned. The pool is not open yet which is weird for April in Alabama. That was thw only reason we even chose this hotel. But glad we did as there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. The staff are friendly which is a huge plus.」

「Hotel is under renovation and cant tell if things are slated to be repaired or not, generally a nice upscale hotel with general upkeep issues like room electric outlets not working, lighting not working, etc. But in all still had a good experience.」

「Odor in room. Probably cleaners but unpleasant and not much air flow.」

「Older hotel that has kept up with some decent renovations. It's not fancy. However, it's not neglected. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was excellent. You can make larger waffles or mini ones for the kids. Staff is friendly and helpful. Applebee's and Cracker Barrel are just across the road...easy short walk. Convenient to I-20 too.」

「It was good, it could of had better upgrades given the other surrounding hotels have been renovated but it was no big deal. The overall stay was comfortable and the room was great for the price. 」

「The check-in experience at around 6pm (evening shift) was not pleasant: - After having to wait for almost 10 minutes for a previous customer to finish up, it took more than 15 minutes to check me in, even though I had prepaid via Expedia. The team members seemed to be pretty helpless and in need of further training. I understand that this property just opened 2 weeks ago. - My credit card was incorrectly charged with a US$ 25 fee for incidental, this should have been posted just as a hold....
