"Check in - very pleasant who checked us in respectful and friendly. Today called the front desk for a towel as Laudry did not answer twice a lady said yes will send up more than an hour waited called back three time to the front lobby no answer message playing then my daughter called from cell phone no answer. I sent my son down to pick the towel. This is poor service Thanks "

"This hotel was great for our family of 5 adults that had traveled to Miami for a cruise. It is right across the street from the port and Bayside Market which has lots of dining options. We had a 3 bedroom, 3 bath room, but the beds sizes are not as stated, there was a queen instead of the king and a full instead of the queen. We had room service delivered and it was good, but the portions are small. We had a wrap around balcony so we could see the city and the bay. The kitchenette was nice to have, but there are no dish towels, dish cloths or paper towels. The fridge is stocked with items for purchase, but it does have free coffee and tea. I liked that they do provide shampoo, conditioner and shower gel on the wall, and there was a washer and dryer in the unit. The lobby was always packed, which made it a little difficult at check in. this building also has destination elevators which makes it nice so you don't have to wait too long. I would stay here again."

" I would like to start with a big gratitude for the evening team of Paris and Joe who checked me on my first time. They were incredibly helpful and attentive. This was my third time staying at B Ocean and again it was a great stay. The hotel is in a quiet spot of Seabreeze Blvd but still close enough to Marina Village so as to not feel isolated. It is a 15 min walk to the weekend market at Las Olas Oceanside Park and some of the more livelier bars/restaurants. I love the addition of the convivence store/gift shop that was recently added. Looking forward to my next stay at B Ocean"
