"The hotel was in a good location and the room was nice enough although room 301 had hardly any light as small windows - if this will bother you I’d try and get a different room. Upon arrival the lady at reception didn’t give my any information just took my details and off I went wondering where breakfast was? Where the gym was? What time checkout was? Where the lift was? Etc etc - pretty poor and some basics in my opinion that were missed. I’ve had better service in a lower star hotel."
