「a quaint little building with character. the room was smaller but very cute and had everything my sons and i needed. the pool was closed but we had plenty of other stuff planned to do, so no big deal. the staff i communicated with were EXCELLENT! they responded quickly and did anything/everything they could to ensure an enjoyable stay. and our stay was very enjoyable. the room is walking distance the holiday park, which has lots to do and walking distance to publix and other places to eat. we...

「Hair on bedding, broken tiles, princess crown left in the bathroom. No one answered the phones while trying to call nor did they respond to my email. Expedia was not helpful in contacting them either. Great Loaction. Room location is was not great as there was a platform outside our winder that was being used as a sitting spot. We had to keep out curtains closed so no one would look in. 」

「This is my second time staying here, no physical staff around, but I got check via text in case I needed anything. Clean room, nice beds, convenient location... Didn't need more than that! 」

「The hotel carpet was not vacuumed and there is a big red stain in front of the refrigerator. The bathroom tub had someone else’s hair in it. The tub has permanent stains inside it. Some of the hotel towels were soiled and had someone’s hair on it. The water went through the fabric shower curtain & left standing water on the floor after using the shower. 」

「Very clean shuttle bus for hotel does not take you to the cruise port they use a third party that you’ll have to pay separately. 」
